How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
We are installers of CATV/CCTV, XM Radio, Voice Arrest (Speech Privacy) Satellite and Survellience.
We work primarily in the hospitals, hotels, large and medium sized business. However we can accommodate any size office especially with our XM Radio and Speech Privacy Products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was the head of distance education fir a private hospital in Brooklyn, New York where I was born and bred. I was the manager who hired peopke like me. The business fascinates me as new technologies come along my path. Having my own business has allowed me to be flexible with the customers needs. Each job starts with a survey and bid.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
When working for any hospital, we must use Joint Commission standards as benchmarks for safe, high quality care. patient safety requirements. Preparing for the review a n d having all hospitals at tgeir highest level is something I appreciate and help each department achieve. I bring those high standards to each and every job regardless of the product(s) and size. Some of the smallest projects can require a higher level of expertise as they are delicate and must adhere to the same rigorous standards set by North Carolina state examiners.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
All installations are off site - we come to you. We are always looking to expand into businesses looking to expand the use of our products, into new businesses.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check, Direct Deposit, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
The bulk of our business is In North and South Carolina. We have done business in other states.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Grace Ferguson and Donald A Zarou are ci-owbers. Grace is in charge of administration and Don is the Chief Engineer and In charge of pkanning.
What are your hours of operation?
It depends on the project. We're available 7 days a week and at times need to be available for inspections at 6 AM. However, we usually work between 8 and 6 PM. We are and need to be flexible given the nature of out work.
