How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a hands-on accountant and have many years of experience preparing and analysing financial data & tax returns. With some similar businesses you are contacted by a sales person or business owner who has little or no practical experience in the services offered. Once you sign up for their service your account might be passed off to an accountant who is overworked and just wants to do your work as quickly as possible. I perform all the work I take in personally, and only take on work that I have the time and ability to perform in a timely and accurate fashion.
