How long have you been in business?
We've been servicing the Charlotte market since 2014.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell vinyl replacement windows, sliding patio doors, steel entry doors and fiberglass front doors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been in the window and door industry since 1998. I spent 15 years working for a window manufacturer prior to opening Zen Windows in Charlotte back in 2014.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We've ditched the long 3-4 hour in-home high pressure presentations and replacement them with an easy "online" buying experience. Often we can do everything over phone and/or email. This saves you tons of time and gives you plenty of time to think through your decision without anyone pressuring you to buy. And best of all, we don't require any deposits. You don't pay anything until the project is complete!

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, credits cards and also offer financing options.
