Executive Coach, Certified EOS Implementer, and Certified Management Consultant
David Norman holds three certifications: (1) Certified EOS Implementer on Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System, (2) the designation, �Certified Management Consultant (CMC),� from the Institute of Management Consultants, the only accrediting body requiring client references, evidence of successful engagements, and completion of a sitting examination on ethical practices and the �Certified Business Manager (CBM),� from the Association of Professionals in Business Management, the only masters-level certification and is the most integrated certification available for business professionals.
Norman founded his own consulting firm, David Norman & Associates (DNA), in 1995 to offer results-oriented services to small and mid-sized companies, non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies. The firm specializes in financial, operational, and general management consulting services tailored to the client�s specific needs. Further, Norman is Chair, Vistage groups #2034 and #1327, in Charlotte.
Previously, Norman has over thirty-eight years experience consulting to management on development of long-range plans and strategic plans, and assisted in resolving succession issues. He has assisted troubled organizations with improving operations, strengthening management, and increasing profitability.
After graduating from Furman University, Norman earned a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Norman was, recently, an Adjunct Professor at McColl School at Queens University. He has taught Strategic Management, Corporate Finance, Principles of Management, and Principles of Marketing. In addition, Mr. Norman is a professional photographer.
